Terms & Conditions

By accepting an estimate, purchase order, or allowing TREVCO to begin work, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Estimates

All estimates provided by TREV-CO are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of inspection. Estimates are subject to change if unforeseen conditions or additional work are discovered after work begins. Any additional work will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding whenever possible.

2. Scope of Work

TREV-CO will perform only the work outlined in the approved estimate unless additional work is requested and authorized by the customer.

3. Completion of Work

Upon completion of the project, TREV-CO will provide a detailed final invoice reflecting all labor, materials, and services performed.

4. Inspection & Approval

The customer is responsible for inspecting the completed work. Once the work has been approved and accepted by the customer or authorized representative, it will be considered complete.

5. Purchase Order (PO)

If a Purchase Order (PO) is required, the customer agrees to provide the PO promptly following approval of the completed work. Delays in issuing a PO may delay invoice processing but do not alter the payment terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the final invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees or interest as permitted by law.

7. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales and services provided by TREV-CO are final. Due to the nature of construction and repair services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once work has commenced or has been completed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known conditions that may affect the project.

9. Warranty

TREV-CO warrants its workmanship for a period agreed upon in writing for each project, if applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after project completion.

10. Limitation of Liability

TREV-CO shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of an estimate, issuance of a Purchase Order, approval via email, signature on a proposal, or authorization to begin work constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
